  David Pearson, hands down the worst realtor I have ever encountered. After making multiple stops by his office with no luck of him there, and calling day after day. I called every Realty World in the local area and NONE of them could give me any info on the house or how to contact David. I finally went to the court house to get public records for the property I was interested in so I could contact the owner, because David Pearson was no where to be found. After finally getting David Pearson on the phone he was extremely unprofessional & extremely disrespectful. I asked David "what are your hours of operation?" I was told "whenever i get around to it" and "im not a morning person" (I had been calling from 9am to 12pm that day). I then requested my deposit to be refunded and decided to not get involved with this guy, he obviously does not care one bit about his job or the people he works for. Good luck David.

  Can not get a hold of David Pearson. He does not follow through and will keep your money. He allows people to destroy homes and no recourse. Mr. Pearson will block any negative comments on his FB page so do not believe the 4.9 rating.
